N’AI is a service-oriented firm that closely collaborates with clients, other consultants, and builders to deliver thoughtful, built projects. We add value by designing intelligently following a careful analysis of the client’s needs and the site constraints.

N’AI provides a full range of architectural services for projects of varying scale and complexity throughout Ontario. We apply ourselves to a diversity of typologies and sectors, including residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Approach

At N’AI, we start by gaining an understanding of our client’s goals and examining the site. We then strive for strong project delivery by tailoring our approach to each project to meet functional, budgetary, and schedule requirements.

Central to our design process is our commitment to design excellence from concept design to construction with the client as part of the design team.

Leadership

Gakuhi Ngacaku provides strong leadership on the firm’s projects by communicating with clients, collaborating with consultants, and working with internal team members. From small renovations to large-scale developments, he brings his extensive experience in the delivery of residential, commercial, and institutional projects across the province of Ontario. Gakuhi is involved in all phases of a project and his entire approach is representative of the firm’s commitment to design excellence.

Before establishing N’AI, Gakuhi contributed to notable buildings at award-winning firms in Toronto and London, ON. Prior to that, he led teams on a variety of projects in Nairobi, Kenya and Cape Town, South Africa.

Gakuhi holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Real Estate and Infrastructure.
